Default Diggin fever made me smile

Reading all these posts...I caught the fever...(the diggin fever):candycane:with everything caught up and nothing to do yesterday morning...(I could hed to the lake)...that's what I did...
Weather has been great here...but yesterday...I got a taste of some of that cooooooold...The North wind IS a blowin south!!! I hit the sand first...thinking I better get to diggin or I was going to turn into a popcycle.
Last time I was there...a month has past...cleaned that area so well I couldn't squeeze a sweak out of my detector if I tried...(I thought)...But good ole mother nature...with her winds...chillin me to the bone and her waves and all the waves from the boats from all them fishermen and hunters...I do thank you all...has replenished the hunting grounds...

In the sand I started hitting coins...got the feelin this was going to be a good hunt...
then, I found Jesus...Not sure what this is...Rosary Maybe??? Found near what I think was a pocket spill...Nothing broke on it, no hook for a chain???

while my teeth were chaaaatteriiinnnnnnn....

Ventured on and turned up a ring with dolphins...stainsteel marking inside.

I decided to try the water...knee deep....naaaaaaaahhhh...just to coooooold!!! Just far enough that the waterproof boots worked...Then a heart...blue heart...but made me very happy indeed...Thought it was just a kid ring...But having a blast!!!! Found a few more clad and decided it was time to go home...

After I got home cleaned the heart ring a bit and found a 10K marking inside...woohoo!!! I haven't seen gold in awhile...Not sure what stone it is...looked purple on the way home and in the house it is blue and in some light, it looks black???? Has 4 tiny diamonds also...

Baby girl is going to get this one...Fits her to a T...

Great finds, been cold here for a week or so. Way too cold to get in the water! Congrats on the gold!:christmastree1:

Exclamation WOW - fantastic finds!

Those are some mighty fine finds! Congratulations on a good hunt. The stone on the ring is probably a dark blue sapphire. I have found one and I previously bought one for my wife from Kays. They take a light blue sapphire and heat treat it. It looks different in different lights. Anything from blue to black.
Gold is good, sapphires are better!
Way to go!

That's Great, Pat! I love the look of sapphires and diamonds! I am glad you stuck it out in spite of the elements. It sure paid off!

Great hunting Pat! The Jesus is very unique and different, very nice. I also really like the sapphire ring, congrats, Beale.
