Default Bullet ID

Sunday I went back to the old school I've been hunting. Dug mostly trash targets hoping to find something more than some clad. I did finally find a wheat penny (1951) and I also found this bullet....I think. It's heavy like lead but it's not corroded white like most old lead bullets I've seen. It measures about 16.4mm tall x 13.7mm at the base. Looks like it has some rust on it....maybe some iron in it. The underside is concave. Any ideas?

The area I found it in is famous for Emma Samson who lead Nathan B. Forrest across Black Creek to fight a civil war battle.

Almost looks like a variant of a "country picket" ball. Seen them, never dug one, but just my 2 cents.

Looks like it is old maybe hand made, but maybe for hunting. Odd shape. I have found some like that in wooded areas. HH

I'm not sure what that is.
