Default Junk, Junk, and a little clad

Ok I finally got back to my friend's house built in 1919. It has a signal on every square inch!!! We dug about ten signals. Found a chunk of chain, some nails, 2 small keys. Also some VERY LARGE metal object in her back yard that seemed like some kind of old septic system or something. Then we went to a park that's been around for a long time. It's near a river. Found 2 sinkers, a bottle cap, several pull tabs. Some clad, oldest being 1984. A Robin action figure. Railroad spike. A few sharp objects that could cut little feet on the playground. I didn't get to hunt the playground much. She wanted to hike to an old house so we did. I'll have to go back to the playground without her. She gets bored with that. Fibromyalgia is flaring badly so it will probably be a while before I can hunt again. Was going to take pics but I just don't feel like it.

I was only to get in one beach hunt this past fall. I was quite happy for a change when I found nails. I could just imagine some kid stepping on it. The hair pins on the other hand were a pain. Trying to find a little hair pin in a hand full of wet sand is not too easy sometimes. But as I was walking back to my car after my first beach hunt I was swinging the coil for the heck of it and found the watch that is my avatar. So digging that beach trash can pay off.
