Default Hunted today

Hey all! I got out a bit today because the weather had warmed up a bit here in Michigan.

I went to a house they are gonna tear down soon and gave it a try. Lots of junk for sure. The ground is thawed to about 2 inches, so anything deeper than that I couldnt get to if I wanted to unless i bring a pickaxe.

I will hit this site many times before they tear it down because I know there has to be some good stuff somewhere..

PIC #1- Junk

After lunch we took a trip up the block to the elementary school and hit the playground. Same thing here. Everything past an inch or 2 was solid ice.. But we did manage to find a few surface hits and a 70's penny around an inch..

The cross and necklace I found just under the wood chips. Its real neat but costume jewerly. All in all we had a few hours out in the fresh air and if was a great time..

PIC #2- cross necklace, penny and hair clip??

WTG--Like the cross. Glad you were able to get out and go. Heck yeah, I'd hit that house as many times as I could before they tear it down.
