Cool find, I was a cubscout leader and still have the kids uniforms, My son lost three slides in the time he was a scout. so I am sure many of them get lost, Glad you got out. Happy hunting

Smile Neat find

The boy scout slides are neat. I have found 3 of them so far. One crumbly, one corroded and one in really fine shape (found in that order). Congratulations on finding one - it's always neat to find stuff other than clad.
One question - is the background on yours blue or red? Do you know why there are at least two colors? I don't.

Finding scouting items are cool...scouting in the U.S. started in the early 1900's - I'll bet finding some really old stuff would make for a nice collection and display piece...

John my background is blue? The ones I saw on line are all red? I wondeed about that myself. I am thinking it may be a time thing. The red may be the newer design? I dunno, mine is in very good condition, Beale.
