Default Park,Police,Pennies

Had to take the nephew to ball practice so I dropped him off and went to a park(this was in the next town) Found a few things then went by the concession stand and hit it. All new stuff but fun. Then I see a policeman walking across the park toward me. First thing he said was " You're not in trouble with me but we got a complaint a guy is digging holes in the park and we have to check it out." Then he said " I see you're filling in those holes- that's really good for the soil, it helps it get air" (!?!?!) He told me to have fun and be careful. I showed him how the MD worked and the stuff I found. What a nice guy.
After 2 hours
1c - 18
5c - 3
10c - 8
25c -2
Found the two quarters a dime and 2 pennies in the same hole. A first for me...
In 1/2 hour I'm leaving to go to the Hood to hunt a vacant lot before they all wake up 6:30 am. Have the weekend off to travel to my son's college graduation so talked THE BEAUTIFUL ONE into a little swing time.

That's awesome to hear about the cop being kewl, every time I hunt the beach here at night, normally 8 pm for a couple of hours, there's a cop shop in the complex there & they always patrol the beach at night, every time they pass me they'll either wave or honk their horn to say hello so it's nice to have that cushion of comfort.
