Default went detecting!!

Hey everyone as you all know i live in a 15 acre woods..well we had gotten a pool last year for 75 bucks! well anyways i was detecting around my pool and found a 22 hollow point bullet remington.. who knows it could of been from me or from about 10 years ago but then i was detecting a little longer and found a U.M.C.CO No. 12 New club.. it is a shotgun shell i know but all i could find was that they were from 1887 to 1911 so if Pappy or someone could find some more info that would be great i can probably ask my dad maybe he would know but that was my first relic!! here are some pictures
