Question...Do the Zippo lighters have a lifetime warrenty??I had heard that a few years back.If you sent it back they would fix them or replace parts.....Also, congrats on a good find...Buster..

I sent one in! I paid shipping to them and received it back repaired in two weeks.

They paid shipping back with a little letter giving me the what for , for not telling them if I was a collector or not!

All you need to do is address the box!

thanks again homefire. was it one that you had bought or did you find an old one as well? I sent an email to them describing that I found it and would like to know if they could repair it or not. Not sure if I did the right thing or not but don;t have anything to lose I guess

It was one I had for years! I don't think I would have that one repaired. They just replace the guts and send it on it's way. They did state that if I was a collector they would have sent the original innerds back to me.

Yes they will repair it. Most likley at no cost!
