Default Hunted a house tear down area

Had to drive my 91 year young ma to the podiatrist and right across the street there is a vacant lot where one, possibly two houses were. Not sure how old the lot is but the surrounding houses were old wooden ones. Not the best conditions as we are in a drought but managed a "whopping" 5 mem's coin-wise

I also found a Sunbeam token, linking to some eBay photos that show what it looks like. About 3/4 the size of a half dollar and rang as dime and quarter (Ace couldn't decide!)

I also found a toy car with a picture of Daphne on the top (circa 2002).

Not sure when the house teardown(s) occurred, but googling it showed no house(s) at all.
