Default silver horse tack

I found this Sunday at a horse show my daughter was competing in. I had some time to kill between her classes and decided to do some MDing. I found some clad, an old arrow head necklace plus what looks like a piece of decortive tack. It says German Silver Mexico 11-02 on the inside. Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Cool find! I found a buckle made of German Silver part of horse tact. Looks cool

I don't know what purpose that peace served.

German Silver looks good but is not Silver! Bummer!
