finally bested my partner
Went out today with my partner and 3 others. Hit a bunch of celler holes. I got out about an hour before them and had 2 flat buttons and a 1849 large cent before they even got there
 later I found 2 rings (one kids ring from a 1860s school hole and my first gold ring) a 1917 merc dime and a really neat matchbox with some figures on it He did get a nice 1865 2 center and a couple flat buttons but no silver  everyone got some coins and a couple nice bells and silverware came out of the ground. All and all it was a good day. TimmyNY
