Cool Your gonna love this one

I found this at a celler hole near my house Sat Morning. Says George Washington on front
and Liberty and Security on back
has a saying stamped into the edge:

"An Assylum for the Opressed of all nations"

Red book gives date of 1795

I took it from my copy of breens! But I need to authenticate ,there are several varieties of these, some are less rare some are extremely rare,, that is why I changed the post to ask for metal type,I would also like weight and size,, I got excited for timmy and then calmed down a bit !!!

it is breens #1253

The Redbook lists no prices for the 1795 penny asylum edge ? page 61 bottom entry .

The Blue book Is dealer buy prices and also does not list the asylum edge 1795 penny specifically .

Thats a great find. I think I'd fall down if I found one of those. So far you got my vote.

Default Great Find

My 2005 Redbook lists it as an undated Liberty and security penny. On the token the bust is facing the opposite direction. page 68
