Park finds
Woo Hoo! I got me another gold keeper! I'm a believer! If it's there I'm going to find it! lol! Had a wonderful day out detecting today! If I can ever get used to this heat, but today it was worth it! I went to the park today and found a few coins nothing old, and what looks to be a fishing wait that someone dropped a really good ways from the pond and some other object that I kept because it was under a pretty good size tree root where a large tree has been cut down so I figured it had some age to it. Kids moved to the swings and I started detecting out in the grass from the gravel box and dug this little cutie heart W initial 10 k gold ring! Gave a reading of 10 to 11 for foil. Didn't fluxuate but between these two numbers. Figured it was just foil and gave a reading of 3 inches in depth so I thought I would dig and see what it was. I saw the heart first and I was like wooo! Thought it was a locket and then discovered it was a ring! It has a little piece of the gold gone on the heart as you can see in the pic, if my pictures turn out! Not sure if I did this digging or what...going to have to be more careful when digging! But any way wanted to share my day with you all! This is my second gold keeper! Hope you all enjoy pics!
