Default Two Old Coins & One Minie

Hello Friends,
I didn't find a place to put coins so I hope you want mind me posting them here. These coins were found at a Civil War Camp.....the take of the day was the 1837 Half Dime (looks like teeth marks as it was found in the woods away from any rocks, gravel, etc.), the worn 1842-O Dime and one Minie Ball. My first two coin day from a Camp! Wish the Half Dime was in better shape, but no use wishing, just Proud I found it!

Thanks For Looking, Happy Digging, Roger

Those are a couple great coins. Maybe a soldier, having lost that bullet...was chomping on that half dime as the medics worked on him....

Nice finds Roger! I bet them coins were in the pocket of an actual Civil War soldier or General. Great finds indeed
