Sat.10-15-05 Finds

Got to go digging yesterday thanks to a couple of very nice guys from this forum. Thanks for taking me Bill and A.J. And hope we can get together again.Here's what I found:
First is a pic of two fired bullets and an Eagle Cuff button. One bullet is lodged in wood.
Second pic is of some misc. stuff. The gold plated piece is a period ink pen point. I found the base of an "umbrella" style ink well as well but did not keep it. Not into broken glass. In hind site it would have been cool to display with the pen point. I think the brass item (middle right item) is quite possibly a canteen spout that has been flattened out, Need to check on that though. The item at the bottom is a mystery. Found it in the trench works. It is brass coated but filled with lead and has a brass "wire" through it. Any ideas about that one would be appreciated as I am still trying to i.d. it.

P.S-- the other item is a key hole possibly off a padlock.
