Default Sunday outing

Tried a new park (very new just put in-no history behind it) was hoping for a few jewelry finds. Found a few coins in the sand at the volley ball court, and then I finally found this ring in the sand where they play horse shoes. It read as a nickel and is a silver color. Probably not an expensive ring. I am no jewelry expert, but another ring to add to my collection!
Got down in the 40's and that was about all the detecting I could stand until I get use to this drop in the temp. Should have brought a jacket!!! My fingers about froze off!!

Default Great finds, Pat!

A new park is better than not having a place at all. Glad you had a fun and productive outing. Keep the goodies coming!

Thanks everyone for looking and winter is on its way!
Having to dig up a few new places to hunt. Have passed a few old chimneys still standing, house's are gone! Having to figure out who the owners of the property's are, to get permission...Did have a great time just getting out! Will probably go back and see if there is any gold buried in this here particular area! Just never know...till ya dig!

Default Nice Ring

Hello Pat, Sorry for the delayed reply! I like the ring and the clad will help on new batteries! My new machine is a battery eater compared to my old one!
Did You send me this Cold weather without rain? I don't mind the cold but the dry ground I can't handle......I can't dig!
Continued luck a diggin' and good luck on the possible new sites!
