Default found myself 40 cents short of my goal tonight

Oh well.....I guess my walking liberty every 3 days thing is over...but man it was fun while it lasted. I went to the scene of the last crime for another hour or thereabouts. managed another 53-D rosie, a 1916 wheat, 57-D wheat, and a 1969 memorial penny. I'll spare you the picture of the silver dime...

I also got really cold hands and feet. Had it not been for my back teeth floating....I'd have lasted a little longer. When it's cold and you "have to go"....it makes it that much colder. It was probably 32 degrees by the time I got back. At least the ground's not frozen yet.

Oh well....at least I got a little piece of silver for my new treasure chest. At that rate, it'll only take me 2 lifetimes to fill it up. I'll do what I can...

Wyatt

Tom...It was a blast digging half dollars. I managed another one today...but somehow a 1971 Kennedy half just ain't the same as an old one.

Default Beats a poke in the eye with a sharp stick!

Glad you found a half, albeit a later one.
Keep up the digging!

Yeah Boobie.......At this rate, only about 1000 more outings should do it. I'm not shopping for a bigger box yet...
