Default Heart into a dinkie of a silver ")" day

From the land of the Bluenose... got the new job! Start after my present detail expires in Febuary with a $3.60 an hour raise. Only down side is my drive to work upped by 15 minutes each way...what the halibut.

Of course having been a boy scout in my younger years I went prepared with my digging stuff to get my fix on the way back at a local park. Man was it cold and awkward changing in the car! Being no stranger to this hunting spot I immediately went to the grassy area near the fresh water beach and began to dig up clad ( no none of that silver 1965 Rosie stuff...lol) with my usual 50 coin day in mind. Must say I was in bliss being on a high after the interview. Halfway through my dig I popped a dinkie followed by a brass kid's ring followed by a heart.

All this bending over did a job on me so I headed to the wooded part to open the dam to relieve the pressure and spotted a golf ball. Resuming my dig with a few more pennies a popping I was near to my 50 coin day when I dug up the CHS 1972 school ring which I'm sure is silver by the .925 marking. Can only speculate as to Chester or Chezzencook High School as being where the former owner attended a higher educational institute.

Reached 54 coins @$5.37 mark along with the above mentioned and a monster pendant and called it day to return home for a "Domestic Tour of Duty' and night shift. Happy hunting folks and remeber................

Good job as usual Leslie....that's an especially nice ring. I haven't had a 50 coin day in quite awhile. I got me a new belt, so now when I do...the weight won't be tuggin' at my pants so bad.

Nice finds again Leslie. I like the ring. I have been trying for one for a long time now. Someday I'll find it. Keep up the good work.

Default Congrats, Leslie!

Congrats on the new job! 15 minutes extra commute for an additional $3.60 an hour is worth it.
And congrats on some more excellent finds!
