The fish that got away!
Left out early yesterday morning to do a little digging! Temp is dropping at night around here and yesterday I had to wear them gloves!! Turned out to be a pretty good dig! I was hitting coins left and right! And then I hit an iffy signal (jumping from the 50's to the 60's on my vdi, but decided to dig anyway! A ring! I mean a whopper of a ring!! I reached down to pick it up with a hand full of dirt and low and behold there was another right beside it! First time I have turned up two side beside!!! One was a state championship baseball ring...1st place and the other was a class ring! The name was inscribed inside the class ring so I was able to locate him and return it to him! I knew these rings meant a lot to him and he would really be happy to get them back! So in all I threw those two fish back, and it was great seeing how happy him and his wife were to get them back!
I know I would be so grateful to someone if they returned something to me if I lost it! What comes around will go around! In one way or another! I guess that is one way to put it! Here are my finds from yesterday and today! Hope you all enjoy the pics! HH Pat

im sure that the guy was happy to get the state champ ring back.im a proud owner of one my self and wouldnt take any thing for it .those rings are hard to get.hehe congrads on a job well done....creekrat

Creekrat, CONGRATS on having one of those rings! They are truly an awesome ring! When my husband saw the size of that ring, it blew him awaaaaay!
