Default Found my Honey Hole

Got permission to hunt an old home used as a Hospital in the CW. Sits on 20 acres. It has 4-5 old foundations around the property, old systern, and alot of history.

I went today and found a few things. Some clad, some items I need help identifying, and old cabinet or box lock, old key, and my first Wheaty, a 1920!! Wow!! Exciting for a newbee.

I did learn today one person MD'ed the site for one day and found a CW buckle and a bullet!! My turn!!!

The family that lives there also says the house is haunted with doors closing, moaning, women and children crying, and so on. I wasn't as interested in that as the history. The home is beautiful. The beams in the ceiling are notched in place. not a nail to be seen except for a few square ones here and there. All original on the inside.

The family has no idea what they are sitting on. They did fill in the cellar. They said I could have the run of the place anytime I like. Outside of course. Alot of area to cover. Stayed mostly around the house today for about 3 hours. The old outhouse and barns are pretty grown up. anyway going to try and post pics for you. Please help identify any items you see.

HH all,

Rob

You said identify anything you see so i figured id let ya know (which you probably already do know) that the big piece in that pic is a half of a brake on a bike. And the 3 balls on bars look like the lever off of a bolt action rifle.

Default yikes

I think I'm going to keep the old key in my pocket so I can get the !#@&~ out of there if "The Haints" come callin. Ha Ha.

I forgot to add that I found about 2000 Busch Beer cans at one of the foundations all grown up. So just imagine how many pull tabs and bottle tops I've dug.
