Default One of my secrets!!!!!!

Ok I always get PM"s about how do I find so much.... welll as 925bill knows alot of times spots I research dont pan out but every once in a while if you dont give up you can find a virgin spot...
Here is one of the tools I used in the last 6 months out of 12 locations that were pinpointed in my area 2 turned out to be virgin sites that brought me lots of good coins!!!
I hope some of you use this resource and have many great finds!!! hh all jd

I see my town listed...How would you go about researching to find the location...Would you go back and see if there is a newspaper clipping of that year? How do you go about further researching? OK not very good at researching!

hello Pat,newspapers might work also you could ask your town historion (if you have one) ours is also the town librarion and she has helped me many times.She was the one that told me of my favorite spot witch was a training grounds for the local militia during the war of 1812.

It couldnt be any easier get the the locations and dates from the site print them out or write them down got to the library find old newspaper articles for the week of the circus... almost 100% of the time they give the location of where it was held the good thing about circuses most of the time pre 1895 they were held at a diff. spot every other year!!! out of 12 locations i SEARCHED FOR 8 were under walmart parking lots but 2 were still corn fields so dont give up on the first few tries!!!! hh all jd
