Default A few finds from past weeks

Finding free time for hunting has been far and few in between and finally had some free time to post pics of finds. Here are some of my finds...
A silver ring with a pink stone
Was very excited when I got home and found the 10K stamp inside the next ring! White gold
And also found a junk ring that will have a place in my collection also.
Found lots of clad!!!
And here is a silver 63D quarter that turned up!!!
Hoping to get back into the swing of things!!!
HH to everyone
Pat

Nice finds Pat! You're the GREATEST when it comes to rings!! Hoping you find more time to hunt and do be careful of the HEAT these days!
I've found out about some unknown Old Home Places within the last few days which are close to home. I was carried to one this evening and I swung for about 30 minutes......cluttered with iron and managed to dig a shotgun hull & two flat pieces of brass. I plan on a return trip at day break tomorrow before it gets to the forecasted mid 90's. I was told of 5 places that I want to check out.....this timber cutter has found nothing but brick as they work in/out with the cutting. No visible evidence by the naked eye, just turning up brick here and there. Hopefully I can find at least one good old coin!

HH, Roger

Hi Roger, I've got some great places for ring finds! Now those places with old coins I venture every now and then! I am looking at a couple of old sites close by myself, hoping to get permission, having trouble catching them home Sounds like you are doing great!!! WOW on those close to home new OLD home sites!!! Bet there is a few old coins waiting for ya!!! The temps are terrible here, having to get use to the heat once again!!! Love those shade trees and water...water...water.
Love seeing those finds you turn up!!!

Pat

Once, again, the Ring Queen, strikes a chord ! Pat you never desist to amaze me on yout ring finds. The old coins will come, RQ! Keep patient, RQ, you are due for a nice piece of old silver, maybe another 1897 quarter , or something of that caliber!!! Oh, and remember to do a little of this before going out!
