What is it

I found this the other day and have no idea what it is. On one side it has a 5 pointed star and the letters O and H on it.
The other side has the 5 pointed star on it with the letters H Y L and O on it. The thing is 1 1/2" in diameter. It used to spin but is no to rusted to rotate.
Any ideas?

Maybe a wheel off of an old metal train...the letters may be the makers mark. Is it lead? I've found many toy parts from the 30's, and it looks like a wheel to me.

It is made of steel. A expert told me it is not from a train. Thanks for the suggestion.

I dug it at a old high class homestead from 1826. It was in the wooded section of the property.

I used to go to antique tractor shows now and again, and it seems to me that Hylo was a brand or model name for orchard harvesting tools and/or machines. Don't hold me to it though, I think I know alot more than I really do.......................
