Default one halibut of a land dig!

From the land of the Bluenose.....knew right away that Goquickski was ill as the noise coming from her could only mean one thing...a trip to Doctor Speed E. Muffler! After all the expenses incurred to get her purring I was a tad dismayed . They were busy but took the time to look at her and the diagnosis was shocking as she will need an immediate "lower pipe" transplant! Thank goodness she has medical coverage (warrant) and will be operated on tomorrow at 0730 hours!
With this piece of good news I headed down the 103 highway for a relaxing, stress free dig at my old school. I was looking forward to the nicest view on this stretch of road but as you can see...no sea!

Arriving at the school I began my "drunken sailor" grid as the Bardman calls it and with every step was hitting a coin albeit most were pennies. Before long I was a bit lopsided from all the coins and had to do some paper work so I adjourned to the woods not realizing at the time of the rookie mistake I made by not bringing the paper...did have the pen in hand though! A thought came to mind from an old scout master....if it has three leaves leave it alone...almost made that mistake too! An old addition of the Chronicle Herald saved the day although the news was on the stale side!

After 4 hours I called it a day as I have to save some strength for the ladies tonight.... I'm umpiring 3 of their games and then uncapping a Bud or two. The 205 coin day was a personal high eclipsing the old bench mark of 203 coins. Total for the day was a game zone token and 205 coins totalling $11.25 with a 68 1/2 silver dime.
