I got out today to the small, old park. Zoyboy wanted to stay home and watch, "Gold Fever," on the outdoor channel. I decided to detect an area that I had not hit as hard. It proved to be a decent area. I found a 1916 Wheatie (12th Wheatie from this park this year) at 3.5". Then, I got a jumpy signal that pinpointed at 2.5". I decided to dig it and out popped a large-looking target. It is kind of heavy, too. I have been told that it is a petticoat weight. Am I correct in that aspect? If so, how old could it be?
HH!
