Rookie Gets Lucky !!

My husband went to an old house today dating back to 1831, this house at one time was used as a trading post. I chose not to go on this hunt BIG MISTAKE !!! This is my husband's first hunt without me, he found a 1904 liberty head nickle......a 1905 , 1891, and a 1902 IH pennies. I guess I'll be going next time!!

Tell your husband he kick ---- .Great finds i'm still trying to find a barber and a Indian head.My oldest coin I found is a 1868 shielded nickel.I bet you will go next time he ask you to go!!

Those kind of finds make for a great day of digging. You might want to tell the husband you are going out to go shopping or something and sneak out there without him and find some even better coins than his.
