Another Good Hunt: More Silver
I got out today for a quick hunt at the spot I found my first Barber. I was there less than five minutes and got a good dime tone. Cut a small plug flipped the dirt one time and out popped a 1943D Mercury Dime. The front side is a little rough but the back is beautiful. More silver!!! I was happy but kept going. Then found a Silver plated spoon, glass button, and out of the same whole, two Lincoln cents and my first half dollar, a 1972 Kennedy. I found all that and was only able to hunt for about 30 minutes. This place is proving to be rich in the finds. Now I just need GOLD!!! Happy Hunting All!!!
