Default 100 silver coins from Greensboro Pa!

Hooray.......I made it to my goal of 100 silver coins from this little town. I started last October.....but didn't do much detecting at all for the last 4 months. When the new year came Greensboro had given up 88 silver coins to my pouch.

I returned to the scene of yesterday's crime...Mon View Park, and I got two silver quarters early this afternoon....and 2 silver dimes and a 3rd silver quarter this evening. That last one seemed to take forever to find....and there was 3 hours between the 2 dimes and that one.

My back is killin' me.....and I'm going to have ergonomically correct blisters on my right hand from the detector....but I don't care...I made it to my goal.

Besides today's 5 silver coins...I found 53 clad quarters, 4 clad dimes, 4 nickels and 2 pennies. I started out playing "quarters or better"...but got weak in the last hour or so and dug some obvious nickel and dime signals.

I'm glad I go back to the banjo work tomorrow....I need the rest!

Totals:

Silver Halves......5
Silver Quarters..19
Silver Dimes......76

about 1/3 of the dimes were "other than roosevelts", with 1 seated and 2 barbers as well.

Heck Boobie......That's a nice thing to say, but I'm nowhere near the best.....but I do have fun. I'm lucky to live in a town that hasn't been hunted to death...yet

Time for a new goal....I have one in mind....

Wyatt
