Every Clad has a Silver Lining
This feels so much better than a pint jar of corroded crapola clad. These are coins I bought with clad found in the park in the past 11 days. There are 4 more halves enroute, plus a slver dollar which is not pictured.
The buffalo nickels were too nice to pass up at the price....but you'll never dig 'em in that kind of shape in this part of the country. The dates on the 2 buffalos are 1921 and 1927.
These coins are the only silver I found this morning. Good thing I went to the mailbox.
The park gave up 2.76 in modern clad in an hour and a half today...just enough for me to score a 1929 standing liberty quarter.
Happy hunting.....don't let clad get you down. When life gives you lemons...make lemonade.
