Default ugliest silver dime I ever found...

I didn't find this today....I found it several years ago in my step-father's yard. It actually *is* a mercury dime....and under a loupe, you can see E Pluribus Unum, and you can make out the outline of the fasces and some of the the olive branch. The front is the smooth side....no hope of finding a date.

Definitely the worst merc I have ever found.

Yea, it's pretty ugly alright. Looks like it laid in a gravel driveway for awhile

Actually......It laid on the railroad tracks for a very brief time. We used to do that with pennies when we were kids.

It was near fire where they caught the grass on fire many times!!
