I went out digging for a couple hours this evening at the homesite where I found the Mercury and Barber dimes. Dug quite a bit of trash and managed to pull out this 1918 wheat cent. My best finds of the night came after I got called back out to work to handle a burglary call. Stopped by one of the local convenience stores and talked with the clerk. He asked if we had any reports of stolen coin collections and then proceeded to show me what he received from one of his customers: a 1936D Buffalo Nickel and a 1900 V Nickel.

Before I left the store, he handed them to me and told me to keep them. I think I will frequent that store more often now.
