Default Old Cellar Hole Finds

Left work early yesterday to stop by this wooded spot where a house once stood.
Its located in Fairchance PA but I never remembered a house being there so it way before my days.

I walked in right to it and was amazed with out the old bottles and pottery pieces just laying right on top of the ground.
The stone foundation still stands and I also found the outhouse. A friend of mine said it was a large 2 story house. I bet with some digging one could find some nice bottles there.
I only swung the coil about 5 minutes and dug an old wheat penny but I bet theres silver all over there
The place needs a couple good hard frosts to knock the weeds down.
The barn to this house once stood across the road.

Below are my glass finds and also got a good dose of poison Ivy

Hey Greg.......Is that bottle with the neck broken off one that was blown in a 3 pc mold? I thought those were usually black glass?

I know where there are 2 cellar holes....one is from the log cabin at the school. I know the guy who owns the property it was removed from.

Oh boy wait until Mr. Silver sees the bottle. He is really into bottles.
Nice finds and it looks like a good place for the silver stuff.

Sounds like the old house that I keep going to, always find something there. Good luck in finding silver when you go back.

Speaking of cellar holes, The best one I ever saw with my two eyes is the one that Mr. Silver found here in our area.
If he isn't to bashful perhaps he will share it with everyone.
It is only one of the reasons I started calling him Mr. Silver.

Thumbs up Nice

Looks like a place with a lot of possibilities. Betting that there is silver there too.

As for the poison ivy. Rub a little dirt on it, take two beers and call me in the morning.........

You bet!
This fall I'll put one together.
I'll let you know on the glass Wyatt.

This place I believe it to be untouched. I bet the cellar dirt floor will shed some coins but I'm waiting till Mr.Copperhead goes to sleep for the winter
Thanks for the replies guys.
