Just got back from the park

Another trip to the local park produced this junk. Nothing to write home to mom about: 2 clad pennies, 1 clad dime, what appears to be a pair of old railraod spikes though one is round rather than square, a glasses frame, and what appears to be a bell that has seen better days. I took extra photos of the "bell" hoping that u guys might know what it is.
