2 firsts for me today :)

Hello all. I went out to my favorite cornfield today. Got to firsts. 1 was a 1858 with full readable date and details flying eagle cent. Pics dont do it justice it is actualy in nice shape. Will take anouther pic after cleaning. And I also found my first skeleton key. I am siked. Man I love this sport. I also found this little wooden shovel on the way back to the car. Why it was in the field beats me.

Those are some really great finds GF. Was this just a cornfield, or was there a house or something there before?

Nice finds. I've yet to dig a flying eagle. The shovel's really neat too.

Thanks all. The cool part is I got it on video because I am making my own treasure hunting video. I didnt know what it was in the field it was to dirty and i didnt want to rub the coin. When I got home I was jumping up and down I always wanted to find one.
