I enjoyed the day today with Red & Greg from NB. We were at the N.B.water treatment plant field Yesterday Red got a nice Mercury dime and a Wheatie. Today he got some clad and another Merc and a Wheatie. After Red left Greg got a 1902 Barber dime. (His very first Barber) Just a few moments later I excavated a 1892 Barber dime @ 2 inches deep. Both were in pretty nice shape. A bit before that I got a large penny. I also got 1 quarter-2 pennies-1 very old broomstick type screwed insulator-1 fork- and a glass condiment bottle. It is 5" tall with a pouring spout and a handle. On the bottom it has the number 6 then the letters LP then the numbers 26 embossed on it. It was 10 inches deep. Here is the Barber, tomorrow I will get a picture of the insulator and the bottle. Happy hunting to everyone. |
