It's been a good week
I havn't been able to get out much lately with Kiddo starting school and all the fun things of life, but I finally got some time to go play in the dirt. So today I went over to the mother-in-laws house to do a little detecting before the sun went down and it paid off! First coin was this 1917 S Mercury Dime. Then found a 1956 and 1943 Wheatleaf pennies. There were a couple more clads and a little junk. Boy is sure does feel good to get out, play in the dirt, and find that silver!

Love them mercs.....Congratulations. My friend finally got the buffalo nickel....and is mailing it to me. I'll have it early next week. He said he didn't think it was the 3 legger. Not really a surprise, but I had to take the chance.
