The wife said no detecting today. You are taking me Xmas shopping today. So being the housebroken husband I am, I did as ordered. From what seemed like a eternity we finally got home around 3pm. After unloading all the days credit card plunder I just moped around the house. This got to her and she said get out of here and go detecting, but be home by supper time. So of course I followed her orders again and went out for a short hunt. I drove to the entrance of Bradys Run and parked the van. I got the equipment out and took about 10 steps then BANG I got a good tone. I dug down and around 5 inches was a 1945 Walking Liberty. This is my first one with the ExplorerII and the first one this year. I am so glad I am housebroken. The moral of this rambling story is Always listen to your wife even if she is wrong. |
