Found a wheat patch !

I got out with Danback today as the weather was awsome for this time of the year ! We were going to look some more for Abijahs cabin but decided to hunt across the street at a friends house.She lost a ring a couple of years ago and i've been trying to find it for her but all i've found so far is a walking liberty half an 1864 2 cent several silver dimes and some odds and ends like the padlock i found today. There is one spot about 4 ft. square were i seem to be able to dig wheats all day long.I've hit it a few times and always find more wheats.today i dug 21 and got tired of digin em so i moved on till next time. HH all !

.....keep digg'in those wheaties rip......while they aren't silver, they beat the heck out of pull tabs!

Kept thinkin that myself ! I also figgered there might just be a 1909-s vdb so i guess i'll go back and clean em out tomorrow !
