Default gold n silver

i think. finally got out for a hour after work. went to the upper field 10 acres to do some more checking. i bought 2x2's and no tres. no hunting signs and put up there last week.only 2 houses out there about 50 yards off the property line. city folks had houses built. and they poach in the field so i posted it. 6 signs. quess what they were all removed.
so i went down to a trail i got cut out going to the pond. found a few 3 ringers and eagle buttons a while back. so i thought i would check it again. lots of junk but got a gold? disc a little bigger than a silver doller. real brittle. it says HVH? and a silver thing about 6" down under a 1" root. it says sterling 925.
then it got dark.

Default Hi John !

could the gold thing be part of a pocketwatch? I also had a simmilar problem as you with people treaspassing.I had an old bus seat in the woods that i kept finding people hunting from, after 3 polite "please go elsewere's" They continued to sit there soooooo I whent home and cleaned my dog pen, took the fresh dogie doo and threw it on the seat and covered it with leaves. The next day i came home and found my posted sighns nailed to my front porch ! But never had a problem after that.
