I found a Lesche Digger!

yep.....went to the park for a little while today. I dug 3 wheats, 2 memorial pennies.......and found Greg's Lesche digger laying right on top of the ground where he dropped it about 3 weeks ago. The spade end was covered by the huge sycamore leaves....and I thought it was a red plastic flashlight at first.

Called the boss man and told him of my discovery.....he'll pick it up next time he's here.

No silver today...but I was only there for a little while. I guess I was only supposed to find the digger.

The funniest thing....is Greg never mentioned to me that it was AWOL. I saw him detecting where I found it though....and nobody goes there in the off-season except for me.

That place is pretty barren nowadays...coinwise. My detector reaches all the way through the topsoil layer....and silver's just not showing up these days. I'm digging some deep wheats, and just a few....but no silver. I still go there every once in awhile though. You just never know. I must have left a few.

Good thing the digger was picked up before they mowed the place again. That would have definitely not been good for the park's little John Deere tractor.
