• Open up MS Paint
• Open up the picture
• The MS Paint Tool Bar is at the top of the page, Click on the File tab
• A drop box should drop down
• Click on Save As
• You should now be in an area where you can change the file from
  24-bit Bitmap (*.bmp,*.dib) to JPEG (*.J{JPG,*.JPEG,*.JPE,*.JFIF). format
• Look at the bottom of the page, you should see two boxes
• One says File name and the other says Save as type
• The File name box is where you can name the picture
• The Save as type box is where you change the the the file to JPEG
• Click on the bottom drop box arrow and select JPEG
• Now look all the way to the right and click on the Save tab it's located above the Cancle tab
• If everything worked right you should be able to upload the pics.
