Default Little bitty 14K gold teddy bear charm...and 11 cents

Well.....I was working this morning and decided to take a break from the dust. I went to the park for just a little while. I'd still be there...except the parking lot's filling up near the road...and people are sitting in lawn chairs....which to me means it's time for a traffic snafu due to the Christmas parade. I did find a couple coins....which is getting to be no small feat in this park nowadays....and I exumed this little feller from his "final" resting place at a depth of about 5 inches. It's marked 14K "M" and the copyright symbol and "87"....so I figure it was probably made in 1987. Amazing that is was that deep already.

My machine is reading a bit high....and needs serviced, and this registered as a penny....and it should have read much lower on the scale. Funny thing is that the clad dime and the zincoln cent....registered normal readings, though they were shallower targets. 55 for the zincoln...65 for the clad dime.

Happy trails.....and happy hunting.

Wyatt

Ya never know Boobie....I just wish that they'd have lost a couple silver coins instead. Still 65 cents to go. I thought at fiirst that it was a "care bear"...because of the vintage, but I was reminded that they have a heart on their belly....and this little guy's got no heart...probably what killed him.
