1961 franklin 1/2

I went for about 2 hours this morning to the "hunted out park" and it's the park that keeps producing even after it's been pounded for years by many detectors. I hope nobody minds if I post some pictures of the park also and caught a rare picture of my Favorite hunting partner. (My Wife) she caught me taking the picture though.

That was a nice find, Ken! How deep was the coin?

Kieth it was about 2". I call it the hunted out park because evryone that i know that detects around here says they don't like going there because it's hunted out.

good find kenpa, i'v been back to the same spot time and time again and
still find some clad, but then again i'v only got so many places to go close to home....but don't give-up sometime our swinging get over welming after hours of it.....

WTG Ken ! If everyone missed something as large as a half at 2" then you have to wonder what else they missed. Good luck ! HH !

Thought i would add,When i hunt a hunted out spot i will look in places like close/inbetween small trees,under bushes,and also under rotten logs etc.Try to think of places most would not look.
