Default My first finds using my bounty hunter metal detector

My first time out and I found a screw top for a beer bottle, a piece of pottery, a piece of glass, a four inch long screw, an unidentifiable object with a nail going through it, and last but not least a stilletto knife still in the open position with an ivory handle and about 1/2" of rust covering the blade, and lots of mud and dirt caked on the inside of where the knife folds into the handle. I will post my finds on here as soon as I have finished restoring the knife to working condition.- James

P.S. all items were found while using all metal mode and the knife was found about 6" down in the ground.

Sure sounds like you are off to a good start with your machine.
I try to hunt in all metal mode when I can.

Nice finds. Isn't it amazing what people will lose. Good luck in future hunts.
