Default Home run in Ball field

Well, today I went to a baseball field and tried mding, from first base to Second base just into the out field. Wow, this park is loaded with coins. I did two passes 60 ft long and I was digging coins for 3 hrs... One of the quarters was a 1965,,,grrr jused missed the silver year and 2 of the dimes were 1966. I have a feeling this ball field will produce some silver,,,I hope.

52 pennies
1 nickle
6 dimes
4 quarters

It seems you are doing quite well in that ball field. I will now consider hitting the ball fields in the nearby park. I tried the other day and only went to home plate and to the pitchers mound. I didn't find anything in those area's, however I didn't stay in the field but maybe five minutes. I was doing better outside in front of the stadium seats.

There's bound to be some silver in that field. Keep on trying, I am sure you will be posting of your ball field silver finds very soon!!! Good luck and happy hunting!

Indy, Yes I did get a good work-out. My hands are sore and my knees hurt. I used knee pads, but I did spend alot of time on the knees. All those pennies sure help to get the hang on pinpointing. I am getting fairly good at using the coin prob and gasket scraper to pop coins out of the ground. Thanks Boobie for the tip on the gasket scraper....
