Default Anyone been Metal Detecting lately?

I know the weather is warming up and I'm sure many of you have already been detecting :)

Anyone care to post a picture of your recent finds?

I found a few yesterday and will post pictures soon

hmmm, nice finds Ken, I bet you were excited when you pulled that half from the hole

Did you find these at an old home site?

I got an old virgin early 1800's church crawl space to hunt but have to find a hip mount for my XLT. I think it's only 2 1/2 ft high but alot of ground under there :D

Coins found under the church would be in super condition due to no water been dry all these years I'm sure.

Default Watch Out

Hello guys! I had a terrifying experiance this afternoon whil searching around an old log home. The old homeplace is about a mile back in the woods. I was searching the area of the old "PIVY" and was almost hit by a huge Timber Rattler. The snake acctually hit the shaft of my detector!!!!! Now I have snake scars on it for a story to tell...Just watch out for those snakes right now guys...It is the Dog Days.
