Default Clad Counter

I'm new here, so please forgive me if this has been covered. I see some members here have a "clad counter", or coin and treasure total for the year. What's that about? Do a lot of members keep track?

Default clad

Some people do that so everyone can see how many coins they have found this year.

Thanks for the reply.
It looks like there is a format that is used. Is there a link to set that up, or is it just an individual thing?

Paul - find one you like and copy and paste it into your signature. Then when you make changes change the signature and it will show each time.
Let me know if you need further help. JoAnne

Oh I Dunno??? Maybe an all encompassing name for a Whatsis?? I was taught to keep track of things that are really important. In the coming collapse of the Gold prices, I want to be ready. Can't wait for the weather to break so I can get caught up.

Clad is the generic name for all US coins made after 1965. Before that pennies were copper, and the rest (except nickels) were made from silver. After that pennies are zinc, and the rest (except nickels) have a copper core bonded to another metal as seen on the edge of the coin.

Thanks
Leo

Do you know, are the stamps S for San Francisco or Sacramento, P for PA or Philly and D for Denver????

Love your counter, I have had a few of those too, lids, tabs, ha ha,

hard to get out, lots of rain, cold on the coast but the day is coming, love the ocean, love the ocean.
