Today's Finds
Well, My cabin fever finally broke...It got up to around 48 degrees here today, so I decided to go to a different beach closer to home...The ground around my place is still frozen, so I figured the beach would be the best bet...In 3 hours I found these coins and trinkets:
16 Crusty Pennies 4 Roosevelt Dimes 2 lead Sinkers 1 Live .380 caliber Bullet 1 Small Barrell Swivel 1 Paulie Girl Beer Cap 15 Bits of TRASH Nothing much to write home about, but at least I got out to swing the ole stick...This particular beach is located on the Delaware Bay, but today, it looks more like Glacier Bay...The photo's I'm attaching includes: #1...My Grandaughter when we went surf fishing for stripers in October... #2...Notice how the beach area shrunk in this photo... #3...Ice Burgs/Ice Flows... #4...The Finds... #5...Way in the back ground, a freighter heading toward the Delaware River to the Port of Philadelphia... Nice bunch of photos, Boobird. And I'll bet it was really great to be out there again, even if winter is still hanging on.

Yup..it sure was good to get out finally, and the weather's supposed to get even warmer as the week progresses, soooo....Only thing though, I was soooooo lonely out there, with NObody around, NOT a soul, ALL by myself...  ...I loved it, just think when that beach clears of all that ice...?Boobird...

Todays Finds
Boobie, John, JoAnne, NC, Thanks for all of your replies...Well, it looks like Spring is right around the corner, now If it stays like this, I'll be happy...That Beach is mostly for surf fishermen, not too much swimming going on in the summertime, but when that ice melts, I'll have plenty of beach to cover and many hours to find those crusty pennies...
...JoAnne, are you sure you dont need a couple iceburgs up around your way...? Boobird...
