Default The snow finally melted

Well at last the snow has melted. I just hope it is done for a lonnnnnnnng while.
So Crock, HarryPa & I went down to Midland Park today.
The ground had thawed out fairly good. I only had one or two spots where I couldn't dig at all.
But in the final analysis I did manage to bring home
7 dimes
4 nickles
9 pennies
1 token in bad shape
a bunch of real old pop tabs.
Since there were so many of the old pop tabs,
that still tells me there is a lot more for us to unearth.
I am so happy just to get back out there and with two real good buddies. If the rain holds off tomorrow I plan on doing it again.
HAPPY HUNTING TO ALL

Glad your guys were able to get out. Just think in just a couple more weeks all the snow and cold will just be memories.
