Default Got out today

Never found much but I got in some practice and much needed exercise. I have no idea what the strap at the top of the first pic is it appears to be copper and the other side was lined with what seems to be leather. (If its a dog collar must have been one bad dog) I think this is the first time I've ever detected a bottle. The little black ring on the neck is alum. that is what my signal was. It was full of dirt and grass roots I thought someone might have dopped a coin into it, had to use a toothbrush to get it all out. Now sweetie is mad at me (it was her toothbrush) Think I'm getting a bit better with my pinpointing dug a lot of pull tabs today. Got to go....Oh!! to all my friends up north it was about 60 and sunny today Bye for now and good luck, everyone have a great day. Richard

Thumbs up Nice finds

Looks like a nice bunch of finds. I guess detecting a bottle would be a first for a lot of us. Nice dig.

The thingy in the middle picture above the coins looks like a zipper pull from a Calvin Cline jacket maybe.

Default Thank you Steve

I could not figure out what it was but now that you mention it I believe you might be correct. Such a wealth of knowledge on this forum. Have a great day and the very best of luck to you, Richard
